Submit
Guidelines*
- Flash Fiction: 1500 words or less, up to 3 as separate files named accordingly
Short Story: 5000 words or less, only 1 per submission file named accordingly
Poetry: 50 lines max, up to 5 as separate files named accordingly
Visual Art (Photography Acceptable): Up to 5 as separate files named accordingly
We DO NOT accept works of fan fiction or fan art
- Submit up to 5 files
- Double spaced with size 12 font (exceptions are creative style which should be noted in the given section during the submission process)
- Non-exclusive rights after the first 6 months of issue release
- Simultaneous Submissions acceptable
- Submitting previously published work is fine as long as you are the owner of the rights at the time of submission
- Files should be named as following Firstname_Lastname_Workname
For example, if your name was John Jackson, and your submission was named Loving home, you file should be titled as: John_Jackson_Loving home
After Submission
- Currently, it is just the editor and one reader, reading all the submissions, so results may take up a while to return to you.
- If you are accepted, we will email asking for a bio to add with your submission
- You may submit again if you have been denied. If you are accepted we ask you wait one month before submitting again
Other Notes
- Racist, queerphobic, xenophobic, ableist, or otherwise derogatory language will not be accepted and will result 6 month probation from submitting to the magazine.
- Formatting and grammatical errors will be edited upon acceptance. We do not publish works with errors unless they are intentionally used for creative purposes. We do not publish anything without your final consent and you will receive an document after edits are made and will have the final say on the contents of the document.
- All submissions made will be reviewed for the AUGUST issue of the literary magazine.
